The experience was painless, and frankly above my expectations. We moved our construction dates a month prior to the original agreement and he was very accommodating and patient during the entire process. I am a first-time home buyer and did not know how the whole process worked. Needless to say, I may have called him several times in a panic but he has always educated me and reassured me with my concerns. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very understanding. The workers he employs are very kind, genuine, friendly, and all-around great guys.
